Initiatives were selected for their contribution to the performance target and their feasibility within available resources. Each had defined responsibilities, resources, deadlines and an execution plan. Department heads led the projects through their own teams while continuing to meet client commitments.

AI use cases were deployed only after testing with the teams, human validation and assessment of their effect on quality, delivery times and costs. Actual performance was compared with forecasts to assess the financial impact. Training and data-use rules were developed with the security and legal functions.
